Creating a New McKinsey 7-S Model
1. Navigate to https://startup.bimeta.net/new-mckinsey-model
2. If you would like to create a McKinsey 7-S Model. Which is a framework based on a company's organization design as it aims to depict how leaders can effectively manage organizational change by strategizing around the interactions of seven key elements: structure, strategy, system, shared values, skill, style, and staff.
3. Click on new McKinsey 7-S Model.
4. And fill in the applicable information as needed.
5. When you are done. Click on save down below.
